What is Job Readiness Training (JRT)?
JRT is a skill development program designed to help participants prepare to enter the workforce. By focusing on skill building, participants learn about themselves and the strengths they can bring to the workforce. JRT is designed to be adaptable to each participants unique interest and experience. Making it a tool each participant can use to help them on their career path.

How Long is it?
JRT is structured so participants can work at their own pace. By accessing JRT’s online platform students are empowered to work as much and as quickly as they like.
Where is it?
JRT is offered online through Google Classroom, or in person in the PAVE Career Lab.
What Happens When I Graduate JRT?
JRT grads can be connected to a PAVE Career Coach or PAVE's Employment Navigator, who can help:
• Develop an Individualized Career Plan With one-on-one job search assistance
• Access resources needed to be successful in a job (transportation, clothing, technology, etc.)
• Get connected to paid internship opportunities with New Avenues’ social enterprise programs.
